For the PRIYANKA Collection :
Return is authorized and at the customer's expense.
If the jewelry is not suitable, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Returned jewelry must include our original packaging and be in the same condition as when created.
Used items cannot be returned!
We reserve the right to check the condition of the product, it must comply with the conditions mentioned.
Before returning the item, please send an email to maisonpernille@gmail.com, with the order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a credit coupon to use within one year, or an exchange for the item of your choice. No refunds will be made.
The Item(s) will be returned at your expense MUST be returned by COLISSIMO TRACKED + Signature.
The sending of any new jewelry, as a credit or exchange, will be at the customer's expense (In accordance with the usual conditions for sending all orders) ALWAYS sent by Colissimo with tracking and signature.
In the event of loss or failure to comply with these conditions, mentioned above, we decline all responsibility.
